The future of the Student Nurses’ Association (SNA) depends on strong, committed student leaders — and it starts with your nominations!

This link will take you to the official Nomination Form for our next Board of Directors. Every student has the opportunity to nominate peers (or themselves) for leadership roles that keep our organization strong and moving forward.


👉 Positions open for nomination:

  • President

  • Vice President

  • Treasurer

  • Secretary

  • Fundraising and Community Service Chair

  • Mentorship Chair

  • Elections and Nominations Chair

  • Class Representative

  • Peer Portal Director

  • Scholarship Chair


🗓️ Nomination & Election Timeline

  • Nominations Open: 12:00 AM, Tuesday, August 26, 2025

  • Nominations Close: 11:59 PM, Tuesday, September 2, 2025

  • Elections Open: Beginning at our SNA Meeting on September 2, 2025, and will remain open for approximately 7 days.

  • Results: Votes will be tallied, certified, and announced by our Elections Chair, Chelsey Shelton.


🔹 Eligibility & Faculty/Level 2 Role

  • Only Level 1 nursing students are eligible to hold office and therefore are the only students who may be nominated.

  • To ensure every position is filled, faculty and Level 2 students will also be able to nominate Level 1 students, especially if not enough nominations are submitted for each office by the end of this week.
