By submitting content to the Crowder College Student Nurses Association (SNA), you (the "Submitter") agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Certification of Originality and Permission

    • The Submitter certifies that they are the original creator of the content or have obtained the necessary permissions from the original creator to submit and grant usage rights to the Crowder College SNA.

    • The Submitter affirms that the content does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

  2. Grant of Rights

    • The Submitter grants Crowder College SNA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, distribute, display, and modify the submitted content for educational and informational purposes.

    • The content may be used on the Crowder College SNA Peer Portal, in printed materials, educational resources, and any other media that supports the mission of SNA.

  3. Plagiarism and Accuracy

    • The Submitter confirms that the content is free from plagiarism and is either their own original work or appropriately cited with permission.

    • The Submitter acknowledges that any misinformation or inaccuracies in the content may be subject to review and correction by Crowder College SNA.

  4. Indemnification

    • The Submitter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Crowder College, its Student Nurses Association, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the submitted content.

  5. Right to Modify or Remove Content

    • Crowder College SNA reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove submitted content at its discretion to align with educational standards and institutional policies.
